The concept of concrete polishing is very similar to wood sanding: bring shine to newly installed concrete floors or rejuvenate existing installations that are dusty, worn, pitted and otherwise suffering from years of use and abuse.

Marble Restoration Services® Ltd. in association with L&M Construction Chemicals enhanced this concept by offering industrial polishing system of concrete floors called FGS Permashine™

FGS Permashine™ restoration system of concrete floors goes through three main stages:

1. Grinding the floor using HTC diamond refinishers. Working heads equipped with progressively finer grits of special segments gradually grind down surfaces to the desired degree of shine and smoothness.
The process of concrete polishing is carried out in technically advanced "water-free" and "dust-free" environment where any airborne dust is collected by HTC dust extractors eliminating up to 99.96% dust of 0.3 microns.

2. Floor coloring using solvent based translucent penetrating dye concentrates or acid stains to create a range of affects from subtle earth tones to vibrant hues.
Marble Restoration Services® Ltd. can offer a wide selection of decorative colors which correspond to architectural concepts and compliment the designer' choice.

3. Sealing the floor with FGS hardener specially formulated concrete densifier to increase the wear resistance and surface strength of concrete. Densifier deeply penetrates into the stone matrix providing waterproofing, dust resistance and increased hardness.

FGS hardener passed Static Coefficient of Friction (SCOF) at The National Floor Safety Institute and is fully complying with requirements of Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Certificate - Click here.

FGS Permashine™
