Concrete Polishing & Sealing provides concrete sealing, hardening, densification, and water proofing services.
Despite its durability, concrete is a porous material, which means it can absorb water, chlorides, stains, and other water and oil base materials that it comes in contact with.
By treating the concrete with a sealer, concrete matrix can inhibit the penetration of these intruders while allowing the surface to breathe, so moisture within the concrete doesn't become trapped.

Concrete is typically sealed with either a penetrating sealer (impregnator) or a film forming sealer (topical coating).

For impregnation of concrete matrix we suggest sodium silicate hardener - specially formulated concrete densifier to increase the wear resistance and surface strength of concrete. Densifier deeply penetrates beyond concrete surface providing waterproofing, dust resistance and increased hardness.
This process can be successfully used on either new or existing concrete floor.

For coating of concrete floors we suggest 3 step process comprising of priming followed by coating the surface with self-leveling two-part epoxy application and sealing the floor with high flexibility polyurethane top coat aliphatic polyurethane, which is resistant to U.V., yellowing and high abrasion.
Advantages of coatings are: seamles, sanitary, impermeable, resistant to high traffic, resistant to alkalis, acids and aggressive chemicals.

Typical areas that would benefit from either inpregator sealing or coationg include floors subjected to medium or heavy fork lift and tow motor traffic: including those found in warehouses, distribution centers, automotive assembly plants, manufacturing plants, textile mills, coolers and freezers, food processing plants, canning factories, breweries, bakeries, meat and poultry processing plants, service garages, grocery stores, discount retail stores, hub transfer facilities, commercial buildings, and most concrete floors needing rehabilitation.

Other uses include concrete floors subjected to frequent or heavy pedestrian traffic, such as: civic centers, retail sales outlets, discount stores, restaurants, food preparation areas, sports arenas, stadiums, hospitals, airports, museums, schools and grocery stores.
